Bro. Mark Evans joined the Southside Baptist Church ministry team in November 2010.

Bro. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Houston Baptist University, in Houston, TX, a Masters of Religious Education from The Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, in Ft. Worth, Tx and has recently passed the EC-4 Generalist Comprehensive Exam in November 2009, and graduated the PACE program in the summer of 2010 at the West Texas A&M University.

The Evans family includes, Bro. Mark, his wife Donna, daughters Joanna & Jessie and sons Joey, John & Joel.

Before coming to Southside, Bro. Mark served at First Baptist Church in Whitehouse, TX, First Baptist Church in Cleveland, TX and most recently, First Baptist Church in Hereford, TX.
